When you click Create New Video, You will see options like.

You can get lots of Transitions effects such as fade, Ripple, paper, Fold, Fold right/left and tons of other effects which helps to make your video cooler.
Ratio/Crop
From Ratio/Crop, you can cut slides or add two videos at same time. This is also one of the cool features widely used in FilmoraGo. This helps in Ratio management to add more videos. Ratio management will change video looking and you can add frames from cut sides and make videos more cool and awesome. If you want to add Blur effects then you can add it by just clicking on Blur Option or you can change into Black too.

Saving
